Creative
The person in this position performs several tasks such as, producing creative ideas and doing research for material supporting the program needs, creating program scripts and holding meetings to discuss about the planning and development of programs. He also deals with a controlling function towards artists and talents on the content of program being produced.

Production Assistant

The main task of a person in this position is to provide director helps before, during, and after the production stage. In specific, his duties are to arrange all administrative matters such as helping directors with duration, count down, shot list, run down, schedule, timing and so on and coordinate all materials, equipments needed in carrying out the production execution.

Script Editor

This position highly deals with writing and editing scripts. He must make sure that the script is appropriate for the program and its content is in line with what the producer requests. He or she must have excellent command of English, able to adapt to various writing styles and think visually. He also has basic knowledge of narrative structure, characterization and key storyline elements. He possesses abilities to compile and present notes on a draft, strong editorial instincts and the ability to communicate opinions in a tactful and effective way.

Production Creative Development Centre

As this officer works in a development center, his duties mainly cover conducting research about programs’ (both existing and new programs) performance related with the targeted amount of audiences. He analyzes data that relate to the programs scheduling related to the appropriate time and audiences of a certain program. He is responsible to conduct qualitative and quantitative research to provide suggestions in order to increase program performance.

Floor Director

There are some tasks that this position must do, namely to arrange the floor plan of a show including the coordination of all crews and talents, be responsible for all instructions from studio control room (while rehearsal or shooting), and to maintain the condition of talents and audiences’ mood in a good condition (maintaining conducive atmosphere inside the shooting location).

Director

A director is a person who is in charge for determining and coordinating the elements of a program production (musical instruments, artists, hosts etc.), amount and type of equipments need in a production stage, provide suggestions for the selection of slide, artwork used in the shooting, give directions to all crews and artist while shooting a program, carry out review on the script and supervision in editing stage or set design period. Besides, he is also responsible for coaching to all his staff before and after a program rehearsal.

Presenter

As a presenter, the one in this position has a main duty to deliver news according to the schedule and duration determined in advance. Besides, conducting appropriate, in-depth, entertaining and proportional interviews, doing research about the material for the news or about informants, coordinating with producers about news materials are also his main duties.

Reporter

Main responsibilities of the person in this position are collecting materials for news cover, organizing the news cover including interviews, doing live report from the scene, preparing the news script, controlling the quality of news to match the standard of accuracy, neutrality, completeness, clarity based on Trans TV editorial, developing on ideas of news cover, and performing as a dubber for news program.

Account Executive

To offer and sell programs of Trans TV to agency/advertiser/brand to meet the sales target is the main responsibility of an Account Executive. Besides, finding and building new connection with new agencies or advertisers, arrange the plot of advertisers based on the available slots, follow up a demand of an advertiser to meet the production officer to design the advertisement, maintaining good relationships with the old and new advertisers, doing monitoring the shooting stage of the advertisement to control the quality of the advertisement are another main tasks of an Account Executive.

Sales Assistant

The person in this position has main assignments to follow up the advertisement order, check it and brings it to the traffic department and also to make the recapitulation of order. In addition, he also has to make sure that the advertisement is aired according to the schedule and request (content, type, date and time), assist on account executive and make a daily report, weekly plan schedule and sales calls. In relation with financial matters, he has to coordinate with finance department in the making of invoice for the agency.

Promo Producer

Doing concept planning and producing all of on air promotion for the company are the main duties of a Promo Producer. To regularly do treatment to PROMO ON AIR, provide any corporate and also sponsorship promo, producing any needed show reels, and do internal consolidation within the department such as with scriptwriter or voice over are also the tasks of a promo producer.

Job Requirements :

- Male, with maximum age 27 years old
- Not color blind
- Diploma III or University Graduate (S1) graduated from Visual Design (DKV), or broadcasting, film related majors
- Knowledgeable and have skills to operate editing software

Public Relations Officer

This position requires a person who will be responsible for disseminating information about program/policy/activities related to Trans TV to all media through press releases, synopsis, photos etc. Giving access to journalists in covering all activities of Trans TV and conducting such events for journalists as press conference, press gathering, media visit, competition or games etc.

Editor

As the name of the position implies, editor is responsible for editing motion pictures, audio or sound and graphical objects in line with the request of the producer. He also has to perform tasks such as combining pictures according to mood, pace and climax of that are intended to be presented in the final result, performing quality control of the editing result to meet the quality to be aired. The other task is to do coordination with production staff to do analysis, evaluation and selection of each scene.

Job Requirements :

- Male/Single, with maximum age 27 years old
- Diploma III or University Graduate (S1) from Broadcast/Multimedia majors
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Having experience as an editor in production television or production house is preferable
- Able to work in high pace environment

Camera Person

In brief, carrying out duties given by Production Services Department Head, Production & Facilities Services Division Head and above that effectively and efficiently is the main task of a camera person. However, dealing with camera is what he does everyday. He must prepare and executing shooting that needs camera person. He also has tasks to give ideas about camera positioning, analyze the technical aspects of camera use in the shooting period and prepare the installation as well.

Set Design

Set design staff is required to perform such tasks as to design indoor/outdoor decoration set based on the concept of production. To follow up that design, he has to coordinate with the user who needs the design and with the set builder to get the same understanding. Doing survey to collect information about the set and then make the design in form of pictures to present. Besides, he also has to supervise the workers who build the real set.

Set Builder

The key tasks of position as a set builder are carrying out the set building stage, both indoor and outdoor based on the design concept and program schedule. Adding to this, he is also responsible for doing repairmen/addition/reduction of the decoration set after consulting with producer, set supervisor and work partners. Molding a work team to maintain the efficiency of work and work result based on the pre-determined concept, doing administrative business with set builder staff, together with set design elaborating the set concept to determine the cost spent for decoration set and do supervision on the set build stage.

Set Property

The areas of duty for a set property staff cover providing all property needs for a program production (including its maintenance), giving information about the storage of rented, bought or bartered property to work partners. Besides, he also consulates and coordinate with set design staff and producer and also work partners about the property used for a program and makes report on property inventory (including both owned and rented property).

Virtual Set
Operating equipments and program for conducting virtual set setting is the main job of a Virtual. Another tasks that he has are doing adjustment through s2u, studio setup set kier so that the appearance of virtual set resembles the real set, doing troubleshooting to computer if there is problem with virtual set operation, coordinating with other party to make sure that the show runs smoothly, and supervising the administrative aspects of data with set virtual officer.

Wardrobe

As a wardrobe staff, the person will handle jobs like providing clothes and its accessories for supporting a program production stage. The other function that he has is to control the tidiness, appropriateness of clothes that performers wear, taking care of all clothes which have been or will be used, coordinating with creative staff, producer and work partners and making a budget plan for providing clothes.

Audio Man

An audio man has duties to provide ideas and modification on to produce an audio quality matching with the standard. The technical analysis of audio on all production process is one thing the he must do. He also carries out installation system and audio setting (both in and outdoor) including calibrating the sound and checking the machines. To make report on technical specification of the tools used in a production process to other pertinent units is also under his responsibility. Checking the all the audio devices and their quality while on the shooting stage and taking care of the security and safety of the devices are also their main task. Complete final report of the execution using audio devices in one thing he must compose.

Make Up

To do make up to artists and hosts of a program as required is the main task of a person in this position. The control function that she has covers such areas as make up and hair style of program performers. Coordinating with producer, creative and work partners are a duty that she is also responsible for. The estimation of cost spent for make up and hair style is one thing she must handle. In addition, conducting evaluation and training for himself and his coworkers to attain a better performance and quality is also one of her task.

- Have experience as a make up artist & hair stylist at least 1 years

Lighting Man

In general, carrying out duties given by Production Services Department Head, Production & Facilities Services Division Head (and above) effectively and efficiently is the main task of a lighting man. He coordinates with director, cameramen and other crew during the production stage. His duties also cover executing lighting and lamps setting plan such as preparing and installing the lamps. He also has to provide director or producer with ideas on suggestion about lighting setting modification. An analysis on previously done technical execution of lighting setting and give that to the Lighting man coordinator.

Finance & Accounting Staff

A staff in this position is highly responsible for handling cash flow of the company. In other words, he handles the financial management of the company. He manages the cash flow of the company and his tasks cover areas such as creating invoice and tax invoice, monitoring payables and receivables, handling petty cash, composing balance sheet etc.

Budget & Management Accounting Staff
The main duty of Budget and Management Accounting Staff is to quickly and rapidly make budget allocation properly and accurately. Based on working procedure he must analyze variances and report on budget versus realization accurately and timely covering all area (in or out-house production), and other operational activities of another department except Programming. Making report on aging of employees’ down payment as the basis for conducting control on employees down payment and building a mechanism for allocating budget, report and variances analysis.

Research and Development Staff
As other research officers do, an R and D staff mainly does a research. Here, he does research on industrial data and market trend by providing tactical and strategic analysis. The data comes from many sources such as AGB Nielsen, monitoring result and so on. The research is intended for program development. Thus, the result of the research can be in form of qualitative and or quantitative, tactical or strategic suggestions. He must also provide secondary or tertiary data to be used as a reference in developing a program.

- University Graduate (S1/S2) from any major related to broadcasting, psychology, sociology, anthropology, philosophy, social-politics
- Minimum GPA 2.75

- Like doing analysis, surveys, writings and working in the field

- Have experience 1 year in minimum in doing both quantitative & qualitative research.

Internal Audit
This position is responsible for composing direct report about problems found to management or user. Audit is a work he does regularly or upon request and then he makes report on it. As he found any unconformity (including on balance sheet or financial report) he must give recommendation as for making the activities run well.
