Requirements:
  • Preferred from Faculty of Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, or related Engineering discipline (IPK min 3 scale of 4)
  • Have good communication skill & good attitude
  • Able to work well in under pressure situation (or tightly time pressure)
  • Can work individually and in a team
  • Good expertise in at least one SQL database
  • Good expertise in J2EE / VB development / dotNET / ASP Web Programming and related technologies
  • Have electrical interfacing knowledge is an advantage

Network Security Engineer (NSE)

MK Nilai Outsourcing Inkonstitusional



REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA — Ketidakpastian pekerjaoutsourcing untuk bekerja, mendapat imbalan, serta perlakuan layak di perusahaan tempatnya bekerja dinilai melanggar konstitusi atau inkonstitusional. Hal ini disampaikan dalam putusan Mahkamah Konsitusi (MK), Selasa (17/1).
Hakim MK Achmad Sodiki menilai aturan outsourcing tidak memberi jaminan bagi pekerja seperti tertuang dalam hukum perburuhan, yaitu untuk melindungi pekerja atau buruh. Hal inilah yang diabaikan dalam sistem outsourcing.
Sodiki menjelaskan kalau sistem outsourcing membuat pekerja kehilangan hak-hak jaminan kerja yang dinikmati pekerja tetap. Pekerja kontrak borongan, paparnya, kehilangan fasilitas yang seharusnya diterima sesuai masa kerjanya, karena ketidakjelasan penghitungan masa kerja. Adapun pengusaha yang mempekerjakan pekerja kontrak lebih efisien, ditinjau dari keuangan perusahaan. Soalnya, perusahaan tidak perlu memberi fasilitas sesuai Undang-Undang (UU) Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan.
Atas dasar itu, Sodiki menilai asas ketidakadilan sangat terlihat dengan berlakunya aturan tersebut. MK menilai UU Ketenagakerjaan Pasal 65 dan Pasal 66 mengenai penyerahan sebagian pelaksanaan pekerjaan kepada perusahaan lainnya akibat sistem kontrak, menyebabkan para pekerja kehilangan jaminan atas kelangsungan kerja.
Dengan demmikian, lanjut hakim konstitusi ini, MK meegaskan bahwa UU Ketenagakerjaan Pasal 65 Ayat 7 Pasal 66 Ayat 2 Huruf b bertentangan dengan UUD 1945 Pasal 28D Ayat 2 . Pasal-pasal itu yang mengatur tentang hak mendapat imbalan, perlakukan yang adil dan layak dalam hubungan kerja. “Mengabulkan permohonan pemohon untuk sebagian,” ujar Sodiki saat membacakan amar putusan di gedung MK, Selasa (1/17).
