TEMPO.COJakarta - Sektor industri pangan, industri jasa dan perhotelan, serta pertambangan dan energi diperkirakan bakal mengalami booming pada 2012. Permintaan di dalam negeri terhadap industri jasa, perhotelan, serta makanan di dalam negeri akan meningkat.
»Adapun pertambangan dan energi karena permintaan di beberapa negara yang tidak terkena krisis juga cukup besar,” tutur Didik J. Rachbini, Kepala Lembaga Pengkajian, Penelitian, dan Pengembangan Ekonomi (LP3E) Kadin Indonesia, di Jakarta, Rabu, 28 Desember 2011.
Menurutnya, pertumbuhan kelompok masyarakat yang memiliki daya beli tinggi saat ini cukup besar. Sehingga, permintaan terhadap sektor jasa dan produk makanan maupun perhotelan akan terus bertumbuh.
Dia menyebut, sektor konsumsi masih akan menyumbang sekitar 60 persen dari pertumbuhan ekonomi. »Namun, bila pemerintah tidak bisa menjaga kondisi yang nyaman bagi kalangan usaha, maka pertumbuhan industri di dalam negeri akan di bawah target pemerintah,” kata Didik.
Dia menyebut, angka pertumbuhan 7,1 persen yang dipatok pemerintah pada 2012 cukup rasional bila diimbangi dengan tingkat suku bunga kredit yang rendah. Begitu pun dengan infrastruktur dan energi, khususnya listrik yang memadai. »Bunga bank masih belum bersahabat, padahal Bank Indonesia sudah menurunkan BI Rate,” kata Didik.
Ketua Umum Kamar Dagang dan Industri Suryo Bambang Sulisto berharap suku bunga kredit perbankan bisa berada di level 8 persen atau kurang dari itu. Pasalnya, lanjut dia, suku bunga acuan Bank Indonesia (BI Rate) sudah berada di angka 6 persen.
Menurutnya, upaya BI tidak diikuti dengan penurunan tingkat bunga bank-bank komersial. Dia mensinyalir adanya ketidakefisienan bank-bank komersial. "Kontribusi bank-bank komersial di investasi perusahaan dan modal kerja masih rendah,” ujarnya.
Investasi yang disalurkan tak lebih dari 25 persen dan modal kerja sekitar 21 persen. Walhasil, sebut dia, hal ini kurang mendorong perkembangan sektor riil.
Hal senada juga diungkapkan Didik Rachbini. Ia menyebut, ketidakefisienan bank terlihat dari masih tingginya biaya operasi, biaya bunga, serta biaya risiko. Semua komponen itu masih dalam komponen bunga.

Tempat Kerja Terasyik di Seluruh Dunia


REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, NEW YORK--Di mana kantor yang paling asyik di seluruh dunia? Majalah bergengsi Time mengutip The Great Place to Work Institute menilai perusahaan teknologi informasi Microsoft sebagai kantor tersebut.
Menurut institut tersebut, bekerja di Microsoft benar-benar menyenangkan. Bukan karena gajinya saja. Tapi ada suasana yang asyik serta penghargaan yang pantas dari kantor. Dan, Microsoft selalu berupaya membuat karyawannya bahagia.
Di bawah Microsoft, berturut-turut perusahaan di bidang TI lainnya seperti SAS, NetApp, dan Google. Di luar bisnis IT ini, ada nama perusahaan jasa kurir FedEx.
Apa sih yangn membuat perusahaan ini jadi kantor yang nyaman? Menurut institut, secara spesifik memang berbeda antara satu kantor dengan kantor lainnya. Namun garis merah yang bisa ditarik adalah, seluruh perusahaan memperlakukan karyawan mereka dengan baik. Maksudnya, bahkan pada karyawan di level terendah pun dipandang penting layaknya karyawan penting di kantor itu.
Ada tiga faktor secara umum, yaitu kepercayaan karyawan pada manajemen perusahaan, kebanggaan karyawan pada perusahaan, dan punya satu visi yang sama dengan seluruh karyawan lain, menurut USA Today.
Sementara secara spesifik ada sejumlah penghargaan unik yang diberikan manajemen pada karyawan mereka. Microsoft Kanada misalnya, memberikan gaji setara 40 jam bekerja untuk karyawannya terjun ke bidang sosial/jadi sukarelawan.
Sementara komisaris NetApp bakal memanggil secara acak 30 karyawan, tiap pekan, untuk berterima kasih atas kerja keras mereka.
Temuan lainnya yang mengejutkan dari pemeringkatan ini adalah soal gaji. Ternyata ketika ditanya ke karyawan, gaji adalah urutan ke sekian dalam hal menilai kantor mereka. Ketimbang gaji, para karyawan tersebut lebih memandang kepemimpinan, keseimbangan kerja/kehidupan pribadi, kinerja, dan kualitas mitra kerja, serta menghormati kepemimpinan di kantor mereka.

Heavily burden airports

In 2010, PT Angkasa Pura I combined capacity was only 30 million passengers, but should handled 49 million passengers, while PT Angkasa Pura II combined capacity was only 28 million passengers, but should handled 62 million passengers. The most heavily burden airports were Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Polonia International Airport, Ngurah Rai International Airport and Juanda International Airport.

Hotels

PT Angkasa Pura I will build hotels at Juanda International Airport and Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in 2011. The investment is Rp.50 billion ($5.8 million) and both hotels will be operated by Accor under the Formule 1 brand.

1.Reservoir Engineer
The position responsibilities will include optimizing oil and gas recovery using state-of-the art reservoir surveillance and simulation tools.

2.Sub-surface Engineer
The position responsibilities will include planning and executing well work to ensure optimized well performance and depletion of oil and gas fields.

1.Corrosion & Integrity (C&I) Engineer
The position responsibilities will include executing inspection programs analyzing surveillance data and designing maintenance programs to protect wells and facilities from corrosion.

2.Electrical, Instrument and Machinery Engineer
The position responsibilities will include developing programmatics expertise to support optimum performance of oil and gas processing equipment.

3.Facilities Surveillance Engineer
The position responsibilities will include conducting surveillance and optimizing plant and facilities performance for the processing of oil and gas.

4.Project Engineer
The position responsibilities will include designing and implementing construction & modifications of oil and gas plant and processing facilities.

Requirements of Candidate
•Bachelor degree in Chemical, Petroleum, Materials, Metallurgical, Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering with minimum GPA 3.5 on a 4.0 point scale.
