IT Infrastructure Specialist - Network Telco and Server Technology

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Solutions Manager, in your capacity as the IT Infrastructure Specialist - Network Telco and Server Technology, You will be challenged to manage the following accountabilities:

* Responsible for CCAI network, telecommunication and server infrastructure, design, develop, and manage all related hardware standards and guidelines.
* Providing expertise and governance across network, telecommunication and server infrastructure areas.
* Ensuring infrastructure designs deliver platform flexibility, efficiency, reliability and secure consistent with company standards and policies.
* Working with and providing supervision to external business partner in delivering the suitable and reliable solution in supporting the business requirements.
* Continually maintaining and improving competence and knowledge in the area of network, telecommunication and server hardware infrastructure.

For the aforementioned essential role, you would be expected to have the following qualifications:

* Tertiary qualification from a reputable university, preferably majoring in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
* Good project and work management skills in establishing a course of action to accomplish specific goals, planning proper schedule, taking action to monitor processes, tasks or activities, and keeping track of delegated tasks and assignments.
* Experience in designing, planning and delivering network, telecommunication and server infrastructure projects.
* Experience in documentation for standard operating procedures, configuration items and maintenance agreements.
* Outstanding technical competence in network, telecommunication and server hardware infrastructure technology:
o Switching, Routing and VoIP
o MAN and WAN
o SAN and NAS
o Blade server and virtualization
* Industry certification (CCNA or CCNP, MCSE/MCSE/MCITP) would be essential advantages.
* Exposure to a multi platform environment and the integration area among them.
* Proven track record that showing high level of analytical and technical competency.
* Good English communication skill both in oral and written is a must.
