Seiring dengan perkembangan kegiatan eksplorasi maka kami membutuhkan SDM tenaga profesional muda yang bermotivasi tinggi, menyukai tantangan, dan kerjasama tim untuk menempati beberapa posisi dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
1. Mine Engineer (ME)
- Pengalaman : Min. 5 tahun dalam perencanaan Mine Planning dan Scheduling (short-term dan long-term) dan rekonsiliasi produksi untuk OB dan Batu Bara serta mampu memberikan bantuan teknik kepada Mining Operation.
- Pendidikan : Min. S1 Teknik Tambang / Teknik Geologi.
- Keterampilan Software : Minescape / Surpac / Minex dan Autocad.
2. Mine Supervisor (MSpv)
- Pengalaman : min 5 tahun dalam operasional plant production mulai dari mining pit sampai dengan weightbridge, maintenance planning, costing, budgeting.
- Pendidikan : S1 Pertambangan
- Lebih disukai mempunyai sertifikat POP.
3. Mine Foreman (MF)
- Pengalaman : min 3 tahun dalam operasional plant production mulai dari mining pit sampai dengan weightbridge, maintenance planning, costing, budgeting.
- Pendidikan : D3 Pertambangan.
- Lebih disukai mempunyai sertifikat POP.
4. Sr. Geologist (Sr. GEOS)
- Pengalaman : Min. 5 tahun dalam mengawasi dan membantu aktivitas eksplorasi: geologi khususnya eksplorasi batu bara, mempersiapkan laporan dan pemetaan geologi.
- Pendidikan : Min. D3/S1 Teknik Geologi.
- Keterampilan Software : Minescape / Surpac dan Autocad.
5. Geologist (GEOS)
- Pengalaman : Min. 2 tahun dalam mengawasi dan membantu aktivitas eksplorasi: geologi khususnya eksplorasi batu bara, mempersiapkan laporan dan pemetaan geologi.
- Pendidikan : Min. D3/S1 Teknik Geologi.
- Keterampilan Software : Minescape / Surpac dan Autocad.
6. Surveyor (SRV)
- Pengalaman : Min. 2 tahun dalam mengkoordinasikan aktivitas survey, Melaksanakan pengukuran survey dengan total station secara periodik terhadap kegiatan tambang batubara, serta mampu melakukan koreksi dan kalibrasi alat ukur.
- Pendidikan : Min. SMK/STM Teknik Geologi / Teknik Tambang.
- Keterampilan Software : Mapinfo, GIS, Minescape/ Surpac & Autocad.
7. Wellsite (WST)
- Pria, sehat jasmani dan rohani, usia maks. 22 Tahun.
- Pendidikan : SMK/STM Teknik Geologi / Teknik Tambang.
- Keterampilan Software : Mapinfo, GIS, Minescape/ Surpac & Autocad
8. Finance and Accounting (FA, TAX) dan Internal Audit
- Pengalaman Min. 3 tahun sebagai Finance & Accounting/ internal audit/ Tax Officer di perusahaan tambang batubara, mampu menganalisa & membuat laporan keuangan / mengidentifikasi resiko, melakukan annual assestment / menguasai perhitungan pelaporan pajak dan tax planning.
- Pendidikan : Min. S1 Accounting/Management.
- Keterampilan Software : Microsoft Excel, SAP, Brevet A & Brevet B.
9. Informational Technology (IT)
- Pengalaman Min. 3 tahun sebagai IT Support di perusahaan tambang batubara, mampu menangani troubleshooting program, mengusai aplikasi VSAT, Radio dan networking.
- Pendidikan : Min.D3/S1 Komputer / Manajemen Informatika / Sistem Informasi.
- Keterampilan Software : CISCO, VSAT. OS : Unix / Linux.
10. HR Generalist (HR)
- Pengalaman Min. 3 tahun sebagai HR Generalist di perusahaan tambang batubara, menguasai Compesasion benefit, Personel Administration, Industrial Relation, Recruitment, Training serta Organizational Development.
- Pendidikan : Min. S1 Manajemen, Psikologi.
- Keterampilan Software : Microsoft Office, Visio.
