Finance & Support Supervisor MEDAN
(Sumatera Utara - Medan)

Requirements:

> Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university
> Having a minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in finance / accounting
> Able to manage full set of account : AR, AP, Cash Flow, Banking and Costing, and

Financial Statement

> Familiar with Oracle Finance System
> Attention to detail, well-organized, able to work in tight deadline, and ready to work overtime if needed
> Computer literate, excellence in Excel
> English proficiency
> Local incumbent are preferred
> Maintains the records and documentation of daily transaction
> Supervise day to day finance and accounting transaction to ensure proper compliance with accounting standards
> Provide accurate & reliable information/data as a reconciliation data to produce financial (A/R & Inventory) reporting in timely manner
> Responsible to manage and control all HR function in area
> Manage and control all General Service activity to support operational of Mobile-8 office in area
> Maintains the records and documentation of daily transaction
> Supervise day to day finance and accounting transaction to ensure proper compliance with accounting standards
> Provide accurate & reliable information/data as a reconciliation data to produce financial (A/R & Inventory) reporting in timely manner
> Responsible to manage and control all HR function in area
> Manage and control all General Service activity to support operational of Mobile-8 office in area

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Management
Have min. 1 years experience in HR Generalist such as recruitment, human resource management/service and general affair
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
Job role in General HR or Recruitment/Staffing
Have understanding of Indonesia Labor law
Have can do attitude, communication & relationship building, conceptual thinking, developing others, integrity, teamwork
