Production Assistant

He possesses abilities to compile and present notes on a draft, strong editorial instincts and the ability to communicate opinions in a tactful and effective way.

Production Creative Development Centre

As this officer works in a development center, his duties mainly cover conducting research about programs’ (both existing and new programs) performance related with the targeted amount of audiences. He is responsible to conduct qualitative and quantitative research to provide suggestions in order to increase program performance.

Director

Besides, he is also responsible for coaching to all his staff before and after a program rehearsal.

To offer and sell programs of Trans TV to agency/advertiser/brand to meet the sales target is the main responsibility of an Account Executive. Besides, finding and building new connection with new agencies or advertisers, arrange the plot of advertisers based on the available slots, follow up a demand of an advertiser to meet the production officer to design the advertisement, maintaining good relationships with the old and new advertisers, doing monitoring the shooting stage of the advertisement to control the quality of the advertisement are another main tasks of an Account Executive.

Public Relations Officer

This position requires a person who will be responsible for disseminating information about program/policy/activities related to Trans TV to all media through press releases, synopsis, photos etc. Giving access to journalists in covering all activities of Trans TV and conducting such events for journalists as press conference, press gathering, media visit, competition or games etc.

Editor

As the name of the position implies, editor is responsible for editing motion pictures, audio or sound and graphical objects in line with the request of the producer. He also has to perform tasks such as combining pictures according to mood, pace and climax of that are intended to be presented in the final result, performing quality control of the editing result to meet the quality to be aired. The other task is to do coordination with production staff to do analysis, evaluation and selection of each scene.

Camera Person

In brief, carrying out duties given by Production Services Department Head, Production & Facilities Services Division Head and above that effectively and efficiently is the main task of a camera person. He also has tasks to give ideas about camera positioning, analyze the technical aspects of camera use in the shooting period and prepare the installation as well.

Set Design

Set design staff is required to perform such tasks as to design indoor/outdoor decoration set based on the concept of production. Doing survey to collect information about the set and then make the design in form of pictures to present. Besides, he also has to supervise the workers who build the real set.

Molding a work team to maintain the efficiency of work and work result based on the pre-determined concept, doing administrative business with set builder staff, together with set design elaborating the set concept to determine the cost spent for decoration set and do supervision on the set build stage.

Set Property

Audio Man

An audio man has duties to provide ideas and modification on to produce an audio quality matching with the standard. The technical analysis of audio on all production process is one thing the he must do. He also carries out installation system and audio setting (both in and outdoor) including calibrating the sound and checking the machines. To make report on technical specification of the tools used in a production process to other pertinent units is also under his responsibility. Checking the all the audio devices and their quality while on the shooting stage and taking care of the security and safety of the devices are also their main task. Complete final report of the execution using audio devices in one thing he must compose.

In addition, conducting evaluation and training for himself and his coworkers to attain a better performance and quality is also one of her task.

Lighting Man

In general, carrying out duties given by Production Services Department Head, Production & Facilities Services Division Head (and above) effectively and efficiently is the main task of a lighting man. He coordinates with director, cameramen and other crew during the production stage. His duties also cover executing lighting and lamps setting plan such as preparing and installing the lamps. He also has to provide director or producer with ideas on suggestion about lighting setting modification. An analysis on previously done technical execution of lighting setting and give that to the Lighting man coordinator.

Thus, the result of the research can be in form of qualitative and or quantitative, tactical or strategic suggestions. He must also provide secondary or tertiary data to be used as a reference in developing a program.

c. Report directly to Senior Operator at P. Susu and/or P. Berandan CCR Operators.

e. Encourages safe work practices and good house keeping, ensuring that these are enforced in all areas under his responsibility.
f. Complete the OJT program in a timely manner as set out by the Area Operations Supervisor Expecting to be fully versed in the operations of the Permit to work system and the Salamander HSE Management System.
g. The tank has a foam system that he must be familiar with and be competent to operate this facility.

III. PERSYARATAN
A. PELAMAR UMUM (TENAGA KESEHATAN DAN TENAGA TEKNIS) :
1. Warga Negara Indonesia;
2. Usia serendah-rendahnya 18 tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 35 tahun pada tanggal 1 Januari 2010;
3. Pendidikan D-III, S1 dan S2 dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri atau PTS yang memiliki izin;
- S2 Ilmu Komunikasi dengan latar belakang S1 Ilmu Komunikasi
- S2 Ilmu Hukum dengan latar belakang S1 Ilmu Hukum
4. Tanggal penetapan ijazah harus sebelum tanggal lamaran, sedangkan surat keterangan atau pernyataan
lulus tidak dapat digunakan untuk melamar;
5. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang sudah mempunyai
kekuatan hukum tetap, karena melakukan tindak pidana kejahatan;
6. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat
sebagai CPNS/Pegawai Negeri atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai BUMN/BUMD atau
Pegawai Swasta;
7. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri atau Pegawai Negeri;
8. Tidak dalam kedudukan sebagai Pengurus/Anggota Parpol;
9. Berkelakuan baik, yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK);
10. Sehat jasmani dan rohani yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Dokter;
11. Bebas dari Narkoba, yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan yang dikeluarkan oleh instansi yang
berwenang;
12. Bersedia menunaikan baktinya minimal selama 5 (lima) tahun terhitung sejak diangkat menjadi CPNSD;
13. Bersedia mengembalikan biaya yang telah dikeluarkan oleh Negara, apabila mengundurkan diri sebelum
masa bakti minimalnya berakhir.

IV. JADWAL PELAKSANAAN :
1. – Pendaftaran tanggal 30 Oktober s/d tanggal 13 Nopember 2009;
- Pelaksanaan Ujian tanggal 25 Nopember 2009 (Pukul 09.00 WIB);
- Pengumuman Hasil Ujian tanggal 7 Desember 2009;
2. Lokasi ujian akan diberitahukan melalui Mass Media, Kantor Pos dan situs Pemprovsu (www.pemprovsu.go.id);
3. Peserta Ujian wajib melihat Lokasi/Ruang Ujian 1 (satu) hari sebelum pelaksanaan ujian;
4. Kelengkapan yang harus dibawa saat pelaksanaan ujian : Nomor ujian, Pensil 2B dan alat kelengkapan ujian lainnya.

V. PENDAFTARAN DAN PENYAMPAIAN BERKAS LAMARAN
1. Berkas lamaran sudah dapat diterima di Kantor Pos tanggal 30 Oktober 2009 dan selambat-lambatnya tanggal 13 Nopember 2009 (stempel pos) ditujukan kepada :

JLN. SERBAGUNA NO.1 HELVETIA MEDAN
disampaikan langsung ke Kantor Pos terdekat dari alamat Pelamar dengan menggunakan kiriman Perlakuan Khusus untuk Pelamar yang berdomisili di Provinsi Sumatera Utara sedangkan di luar Provinsi Sumatera Utara
menggunakan kiriman Pos Express;
2. Panitia hanya menerima berkas lamaran yang disampaikan melalui Kantor Pos dan tidak melayani pendaftaran langsung;
3. Berkas lamaran disusun sebagai berikut :
a. Surat lamaran ditulis tangan sendiri dengan tinta hitam dan bermaterai Rp.6.000,- yang ditujukan kepada Gubernur Sumatera Utara (contoh surat permohonan seleksi terlampir);
b. Pas foto hitam putih ukuran 3×4 cm menggunakan pakaian rapi dan sopan sebanyak 4 lembar dan mencantumkan nama dibelakangnya;
c. Foto copy Ijazah/STTB (Transkrip Nilai/Daftar Nilai) dasar melamar dilegalisir oleh Pejabat yang berwenang;
d. Pelatih Olah Raga :
- Surat keterangan pengalaman sebagai pelatih yang menghasilkan olahragawan berprestasi baik nasional maupun internasional dari induk organisasi cabang olah raga atau lembaga keolahragaan;
- Surat keterangan telah mempunyai pengabdian di instansi yang menunjang kepentingan nasional secara terus menerus sekurang-kurangnya 5 (lima) tahun sebelum berlakunya PP No.11 tahun 2002
tanggal 17 April 2002 (bagi Pelatih yang berusia diatas 35 tahun dan tidak melebihi 40 Tahun);
- Foto copy sah piagam/sertifikat kepelatihan yang dikeluarkan oleh Induk organisasi atau lembaga yang membidangi keolahragaan;
- Surat keterangan memiliki integritas dan komitmen pada bidang olah raga dari lembaga/organisasi olah raga yang berwenang;
e. Olahragawan Berprestasi :
- Foto copy sah piagam/sertifikat penerima Medali Perunggu/juara III pada ASEAN GAMES atau OLIMPIADE/PARA OLYMPIC;
- Foto copy sah piagam/sertifikat penerima Medali Perak/juara II pada Pekan Olah Raga SEA
GAMES/PARA GAMES;
- Foto copy sah piagam/sertifikat penerima Medali Emas/juara I pada Pekan Olah Raga Nasional (PON)/Pekan Olah Raga Cacat Nasional (PORCANAS);
- Surat Pernyataan bersedia menjadi Pelatih Olah Raga sesuai dengan kompetensi keolahragaan yang dipersyaratkan;
4. Pada amplop lamaran dicantumkan nama dan kode formasi jabatan yang dilamar serta alamat yang jelas dan lengkap;
5. Berkas lamaran yang memenuhi persyaratan akan diterbitkan nomor ujian dan dikirim melalui Kantor Pos ke alamat Pelamar yang tertera pada amplop lamaran atas biaya Panitia;
6. Berkas lamaran yang tidak lengkap atau tidak memenuhi persyaratan dinyatakan tidak lulus seleksi administrasi dan Panitia tidak menerima susulan kelengkapan berkas
