IT Application Support (Code : IT)

Reports to IT Manager, the candidate is reponsible to :

Ø  Support Current JDEdward Application and involve on maintenance /enchancemet of the system

Ø  Perform system analysis and gathering user requirement on new software

Ø  Perform user support and system modification for the legacy application

Ø  Maintaining proper system documentation, user procedure and change management processes for all application

Ø  Monitor system performance, security branches to the system, bug fixing, patch update and perform proper action to mitigate interruption for accessing business application

Ø  Provide comprehensive report regarding the system performance, utilization and all enhancements has been done to improve reliability of the system and for the capacity planning purpose

Ø  Develop new business application

General Requirements:

Ø  Must Possess at least Bachelor Degree (S-1) from recognized university majoring in technical information technology

Ø  Minimum 2 years experience in supporting business application, preferable the ERP System

Ø  Have a good understanding and experience on UML and the Utilizing tools

Ø  Deep understanding on Software Development Cycle and System Analysis Processes

Ø  Good Communication and interpersonal skills

Ø  Able to work under minimal supervision
