Field Operation Manager

A. Job Details



Job Title: Manager (Regional Field Operation)

Dept/Division: Managed Services Department (Indonesia)

Area/Branch: Jakarta/Surabaya/Bandung/Semarang

Reporting to: Head of Field Operation

Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Technology Management or other related fields with Four (4) to (6) years related working experience







B. Primary Function

* Responsible for the delivery of Managed Service Projects. Implement effective O & M processes, procedures and establish work standards to manage customers’ network effectively and efficiently.
* Ensure service levels are achieved as per agreed SLA to fulfill the Company’s mission and customer requirements.
* To plans the activities and work schedules of the field personnel in accordance to ongoing projects and activities.
* To Prepare proposal, budgeting, cost control, monitoring & implementation of regional maintenance.
* To coordinate and negotiate sub-contracting in functional outsource section.
* Responsible to coordinate all field related activities and faults concerning to transmission, radio network and facility equipment.
* Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance are carried out within scheduled time frame.
* Manage regional operation team activities, performances and KPI achievement.
* Regional in charge of site acceptance and implementer of acceptance procedures.



C. Job Requirement and Working Experience

* Above four (4) years of experience in Telecommunication industry, preferably experience in operation and maintenance of Mobile network.
* Have vast experience in areas of Operation and Maintenance functions as resource planning, budgeting, process design, facility management and familiar with service functions.
* Have management exposure and preferably have past experience in managing a group of operation team.
* Experience in setting up a new operation platform would be a added advantage.
* Analytical skills in preparing reports and experience in project management would be added advantage.
